- Develop L&OD strategies, initiatives and plans to deliver business needs
- Develop & manage a training curriculum and annual training plan for non-mass positions to enhance employee performance and development, including training needs analysis, learning plan, and delivery, training evaluations and training records management
- Design and develop alternative learning solutions to foster learning culture; drive employees to accept and embrace new learning methods and technologies including digital learning and social learning platforms to drive engagement and scale
- Lead, design & develop tools, framework & processes for development, including Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Succession planning to improve employee and organizational performance through the design and delivery of people programs
- Deliver highly valued services to solve organizational effectiveness challenges. Provide strategic design, oversight and guidance and support on key Organization Effectiveness processes including Change Management, Internal Communication, Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, and High Performing Culture
- Create tools, resources, and education to enable successful execution of Talent Development programs & roadmap for the organization. Identify an effective process to accurately assess talent and readiness of high potentials. Determine programs to support the development of these employees
- Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values and employer branding


- University Degree in HR, Business or equivalent
- At least 4 years in Training management, organization development experience or experience in similar HR job functions.
- Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese skills
- Strong project management and process development skills
- Good consultative, organizing and influencing skills
- Confident & dynamic public speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels.
