MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Responsible to supervise the whole activities of warehouse including outsource warehouse
• Supervise in/out daily warehouse activities including: filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal transferring requirements (Manufacturing, Quality, Technical service,, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately
• Supervise loading and unloading operations and ensure all in/out shipment must be have documents (PO, Invoice, Packing list….) and tally record as fully
• To comply Ansell Global Logistics Container Loading instruction and SeaWorthy Container Requirement instruction
• Supervise physical stock in consistent with system to ensure stock accuracy as regulations
• Supervise warehouse team to work in process in term of working instruction, procedure to ensure that those are carried out strictly.
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities
• Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks
• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and work flow.
• Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
• Settle the issue arised so that warehouse operation is executed smoothly
• Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations
• Lead warehouse team to do cycle count as Daily, Weekly and reconciliation activities
• Corporate with Finance to do monthly, end-year stock taking valuation.
• Arrange and rotate work of subordinates properly so that warehouse operation will not stop due to less overtime
• Supervise the subcontractor's loading and unloading of goods and make a monthly payment report and submit to Logistics Manager and Finance
• To supervise, maintain and ensure warehouse facilities (racking, forklift, others) are good condition
• Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of Lean enterprise practices
• To apply Good Manufacturing Practices GMP for warehouse as hygiene and 5S
• Any other duties as assigned by SCM Manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• College Degree or Bachelor majoring in foreign trade, external economics, business or other related fields
• 05 years working experience logistics or warehouse fields
• Warehouse Safety/Hygiene awareness knowledge
• Ability to instruct subordinates to work in process and supervise them to work according to working instruction
• Statistics skill and problem solving skill and LEAN & Sig sixma awareness
• Proficiency computer skill (MS office, ERP)
• Integrity, hard working, creative thinking , honest, patient & careful
• English in intermediate level or communicate level
• Be able work under pressure & team-work .

- Working time: 08:00am - 16:30pm from Mon to Fri
- Shuttle buses are provided for Staffs from Ho Chi Minh & Bien Hoa to the Plant
